Simoney Kyriakou, Editor, FTAdviser
Simoney Kyriakou is an award-winning financial journalist and published author, who has been writing about the financial services industry for nearly two decades. Simoney has been Content Plus Editor at FTAdviser since January 2016; before this she was News Editor on sister title Financial Adviser. Her passion is to encourage more young women to become financially literate, taking control of their own money management, budgeting, saving and spending wisely.

Helena Morrissey, Founder, 30% Club
Helena is one of the best known women in the City. She is Chair of the Investment Association and also chairs The Diversity Project. Helena was CEO of Newton Investment Management for fifteen years before stepping down last August; she will be joining Legal and General IM in May. In the meantime she is writing a book, ‘A Good Time to be a Girl’.

In 2010, Helena founded the 30% Club, a business-led campaign to improve gender balance in the boardroom. The proportion of female directors on UK listed company boards has more than doubled and there are now ten 30% Clubs throughout the world. Helena also chairs Business in the Community’s Gender Equality campaign.

Frances Sieber, Family Lawyer, Spring Law
Frances has specialised as a family lawyer for over 35 years, starting in the West End and then moving to City practice Pritchard Englefield, before joining Spring Law in 2014. Frances advises pre-marriage, with pre-nuptial agreements, within marriage, and at marriage/relationship end. Whether married, civil partners or cohabitants, or where there are issues regarding children, Frances aims to resolve matters constructively with a view to achieving a quick and cost effective result, but where necessary, will fight her client’s corner in court. Frances is a trained collaborative lawyer, accredited by the Law Society (Advanced Family panel) and a member of and accredited by Resolution, a national organisation who promote constructive methods of resolving disputes.

Lynsey Sykes-Davis, Director and Senior Wealth Adviser
With 19 years’ experience in financial services, Lynsey has been a Director and Senior Wealth Adviser at AAG Wealth Management since 2008. Previous to this, Lynsey spent six years at the prestigious C Hoare & Co, and a further 2 years at Investec Private Bank looking after high net worth clients and providing bespoke financial advice. Lynsey advises her clients on all areas of financial planning including retirement, investment, inheritance tax and insurances.
